This DVI video format converter can accept either VGA or component RGB type input via the dip switch on the converter. This unit converts video format without any scaling. So its DVI output resolution will be the same as the input type.  

A wide variety of PC and HDTV resolutions are supported. This unit can accommodate PC resolutions up to 1920x1200 and HD resolutions up to 1080p.

The input signal is on a D-sub15 pin VGA connector, which can also accept component video type input via using the supplied adapter cable. The output signal is on a DVI-I connector, which provides both digital and analog signals.
