Our Shipping Services

General

We uses FedEx and postal services for processing all of our shipments. We also ship international orders to anywhere in the world via USPS priority mail international unless specified by customers .

Daily Express Shipping Cut-Off Time

For all domestic express/overnight shipping services, our daily shipping cut-off time is 1:00 PM (PST). After 1:00pm, all orders with express shipping requests will be processed on the next business day and we do not ship orders over the weekends. 

If your billing address does not match with the credit card’s issuing bank’s record or the shipping address is different than the billing address of the credit card , your purchase will be subject to further verification, which may cause a delay in processing the order. 

Change / Cancellation Of Shipment 
Customers may make a change or cancel order as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by phone immediately during our normal business hours to make any changes or to cancel orders. Please do not request a change or cancellation via email as we may not receive it in time or your email may simply do not come through to us. If your order has been shipped out, you will have to wait until you receive the package and contact us to get the return authorization number before return. As we process the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers' requirements and specifications. In return, we would like the customer to treat the purchases seriously. 

Ground Shipping Services

 Typically packages weight under 1 pound are shipped via US Priority Mail and heavier items are shipped via FedEx Ground unless specified by customers. 

U.S. Non-contiguous Orders

Regular ground shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories are processed via priority mail services. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau. 

International Shipping Services

International shipments are processed via USPS Priority Mail International shipping service unless customers specify other carrier or freight forwarder services. The typical transit time for Priority Mail International shipments is 6 - 10 Days from US customs to the local customs. Due to higher restrictions, safe guards, and customs inspections, some USPS Priority Mail International shipments may take longer time to arrive.

Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the customs in their own countries.

Express Shipping Services

We use FedEx as our main express carrier for all domestic orders with express shipping requests and they provide the following services:

• FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery.
• FedEx 2Day for guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.
• FedEx Express Saver for guaranteed delivery within 3 business days

USPS Priority Mail - Estimated Transit Time

The United States Postal Service provides Priority Mail shipping as a speedy solution to get packages across the country in just a few days.

FedEx Ground - Estimated Transit Time

FedEx Ground has sophisticated tracking capabilities and your package will be scanned at many transit points throughout its route to your destination. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.

FedEx 2-Day - Estimated Transit Time

Most packages will arrive in 2 days but transit time starts when your package leaves our facility. See the above "Shipping Details" for more information about processing time.
