This multi-channel video mixer provides a cost effective solution of combining multiple video inputs together into a single split screen view for display
or video recording.
All video inputs are synchronized accurately so all cameras or video channels are displayed simultaneously in real time for
smooth and sharp pictures without any glitch occurred.
This professional multi-screen video processor provides total of 13 options in 9/8/7/6/5/4-grid, standard quad screen and various Picture-In-Picture screen modes for viewing multiple video inputs on the same screen real time. It has more features and options than all other models on the market.
The push buttons on the front panel provide users with controls of video channel matrix styles, PIP channel locations and the assignment for main channels, sub channels and PIP channels. Its internal system memory will keep all users' current settings and selection so users do not have to re-configure the video processor again after reboot or power outage.
Featured with dual composite video outputs for displaying on two monitors, or one for a monitor with the other for a surveillance VCR. There is also a VCR input port which can be used with a surveillance VCR recorder to playback recorded video from the VCR. Users can easily switch between live viewing and playback of the recording from VCR/DVR connection.
This multiplexer also features video motion detection where it
can detect movement within programmable motion detection area and selectable sensitivity levels for each video input.
Other useful features such as alarm history log, a VCR-trigger output and a RS232 port for distance control or alarm input/output. Setup and operation is quick and easy using the manual push buttons on the front panel plus the the on-screen OSD menu display.

Multi-Tasking with Duplex Operation
This multi-screen video overlay processor offers full duplex operation. Duplex
operation is the ability for
displaying and recording all of its video channels simultaneously on the same
screen in real time. This video mixer has advanced circuitry built in to ensure optimum picture quality through all different
split-screen display
modes.
This multi-tasking video processor also allows simultaneous performance of recording, playback and live viewing multi-screen all in one unit.
Multi-Channel Split Screen Display
The multi-channel split screen video processor can be used as a stand-alone
processor to control the layout and configuration of screen output to a single
monitor for up to 16 security cameras or other analog video inputs. It can overlay all the selected
input channels into different style of split-screen views for presentation. All
video channels can be presented in the following 13 matrix screen modes:

Each screen mode is easily activated by pushing the "Mode" button on the front panel. All the multi-channel screen modes(9,8,7,6,5,4, PIP) will be displayed on the monitor in cycle until the desired matrix selected for multi-channel split screen, 2-channel PIP screen or single channel full screen display at any time with ease.
Fast Video Channel Selection
Once users choose their desired split-screen mode using the mode
button on the front panel, they can also select or change effortlessly which
video device input or camera input to be displayed as the main video window or
PIP sub video window by pressing the "SEL"(select) button on
this mixer.
This multi-channel video processor provides total of 9 individual video source buttons for all 9 inputs so users can swiftly switch between all video sources for full screen display. In addition, each video input is also looped through for individual pass to additional monitor display or recorder. Total of 9 video loop-through ports for all 9 video inputs.
Users can also easily change different video channel positions or adjust the location of sub video channels or PIP channel when in split-screen mode using these individual channel input buttons combined with the select button.
Automatic Video Channel Switching Support
Switching between cameras or video devices
can be done manually or automatically with sequential dwell times of 1 to 99 seconds
for each channel. Auto switching is available in single-channel full screen
and multi-channel split screen modes.
Picture-In-Picture
Video Processor
This unit can also be used as picture-in-picture generator for viewing
2 or more channels at the same time, one main channel with sub video channels in smaller
video window on one screen. Great feature for users to watch DVD movie,
cable channel or satellite TV while keeping an eye on the nanny cam or surveillance
camera from smaller PIP channels
on the same screen. Never
miss a move or starting your favorite program.
Users can also swap between the main channel and the PIP channel with ease. The PIP video window positions will be fixated on either upper right or lower right corn of the screen and two PIP window sizes for choice.

Full Compatibility With All VCR/DVR Recording
This device provides dual video outputs and supports all types of video recorders. One is the main video output for live viewing
and the 2nd video output is optional use for DVR/VCR recording purpose. A
featured "Switch In" connector is available for accepting the external trigger signal from the switch out of those time-lapse
VCR/DVR for synchronous recording.
This multi-channel video screen processor also provides a VCR/DVR input so users can instantly switch from live mode to review mode for seeing the playback of recording from DVR or VCR on the same monitoring screen.
Advanced Motion Detection
This video mixer system uses the advanced motion detection system for sensing movement
on each video channel. Great feature for all video monitoring and
CCTV surveillance
applications. Motion detecting on all channels are individualized for
display and recording.
Motion detection function is available for all channels and configurable with 7-level sensitivity setup. Each camera video input channel has a programmable area with 30 x 24 detection grid (720 zones) on the screen so users can easily set up the areas needed for motion detection such as target placement, object size and shape, time of day, trigger sensitivity and alarm buzzer delay.
Other motion detection functions and features including:
- Selectable detection sensitivity levels for each video channel input.
- Programmable day and night motion-detection schedules.
- Selectable motion detection area and sensitivity levels for each camera/input.

Date/Time
Stamp And Title/Character
Generator
This video processor has title generator and date/time stamp generator built
in for superimposing titles, date and time on input video channels
and video cameras. Users can edit the video channel title as needed. Each channel description/title
can be up to 8 characters.
The date/time stamp and titling function is essential for showing information of date, current time, channel description/title on video channels for monitoring/viewing purpose and recording/capturing sessions. Ideal for use in video surveillance applications where establishing the date/time of recorded event is desired.
The date/time stamp can be turned off manually from the OSD system menu.
Last Memory
This multi-view video processor will
memorize all the users' settings in the system buffer once configured or
adjusted. The previous split screen or PIP/POP screen mode will be displayed right away in the same
matrix style after power cycling or power
outage.
No need to set up this video processor again for the desired screen mode again after the power off.
RS232 Console Control
The DB 25-pin connector of this unit can be used for connection with alarm
sensors or other consoles for distance control.
Rack-Mount Ready
This unit is rack mount ready. The optional rack mount kit is available and sold
separately for mounting this multi-channel video processor in a standard
19" rack.

Alarm Support
- Video Loss Alarm: Automatically detect all video inputs after powering up. The built-in buzzer will sound off and the video channel title will start to flash alternatively when any video channel suddenly has loss of pictures detected. The video loss alarm can be turned off from OSD.
- Sensor Alarm: Supports external connection with alarm sensor inputs or used as an alarm contact to trigger other external alarm device.
- Video motion alarm: If the motion detection function is enabled from the setup menu, Motion detection for each individual camera is programmed via a detection grid. This unit will enter into an alarm status when a moving object is detected. The alarm channel indicator will illuminate and the buzzer will sound if selected. The alarm output is connected with an external alarm device, the device will be triggered.
